Novara is an Italian city, situated to the west of Milan. It is an important commercial centre, situated at the crossing point of a number of traffic routes between Italy and Switzerland. 

The city is home to three railway stations, Vignale FS, Novara FS and Novara Nord. Novara FS is served by Trenitalia services.

How to get to Novara from
Route 1:

The route used to be operated by Artesia trains, but in place of this service are traditional TGV services. An alternative overnight service between Paris and Milan is available, continuing to Venice (and detailed elsewhere on this website).
